Barry Jenings, B.A., R.M.T., C.M.F.R., Osteopathy (Canada) has been a Registered Massage Therapist for more than 20 years and is the Founder and President of Jenings Training & Treatment Centre, a division of Jasper Initiatives Ltd. In addition to providing his clients with highly effective massage therapy treatments, Barry teaches his unique style of Myofascial Release to Massage Therapists, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors and other health care professionals throughout Canada and the United States. Prior to pursuing his career in massage therapy, Barry received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Trent University. After graduating in 1989 from the 2,200-hour Massage Therapy Program at Kikkawa College in Toronto, Ontario, Barry completed advanced courses in Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) with Paul St. John, L.M.T., Neuromuscular Integration and Structural Alignment (NISA) with Jean Loving, L.M.T. and Margaret Colbourne, M.T., Myofascial Release with John Barnes, P.T. and Cranial Unwinding with Paul Pock, M.T. Advanced Shock Trauma and the Cranial system, visceral release with Michael Shea. He also studied the work of Dr. Ida Rolf through an intensive certification program with Dr. Michael Shea, Certified Advanced Rolfer in North Carolina. He is finished his Osteopathy studies with Dr. Steve Sanet DO in Philadelphia. He is a professional speaker, writer and is a former member of the Professional Speakers association of Canada. He has published such books and DVD's such as Myofascial Release, 8 Laws of Marketing for the Massage Therapist all of which have become best sellers. Currently he is organizing the largest MFR Network in North America. In 1997, Barry organized and hosted Atlantic Canada's first Holistic Health and Wellness Expo. Considered an authority in his field, Barry has made appearances on radio and television and is a treatment consultant to therapists both nationally and internationally. More than four thousand therapists have been taught by Barry ranking him as Canada's leader in Myofascial Release training. He has been published and interviewed for various radio and television and is currently published on Amazon.com. A humorist by nature, Barry is compassionate, skilled and always approachable. Teaching History
Barry Jenings began his teaching in 1993 traveling North America wide. He has taught graduate and/or undergraduate training for:

Since 1993 he has trained over 4500 Massage Therapists, Chiropractors, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Naturopaths, MD and Athletic Trainers.
Currently he teaches over 75 days per year logging well over 200,000 miles per year.
The Masters Series Training: Structural Integration
Masters Training was designed for the therapist wishing to work on and at the intuitive level of therapy and whole body approach to posture imbalance. Currently Jenings is taught this program in:

He has been a keynote speaker for Kikkawa College and has been a seminar presenter for the Ontario Massage Therapist Convention.
